Logo Usage & Permissions

Who Can Use the ACN Logo?

The Abortion Care Network name and logo represent our organization and its mission. To protect the integrity of our identity and prevent confusion about membership, affiliation, or endorsement, use of the ACN logo is subject to the following guidelines.

Current ACN Members

Organizations with active, approved ACN membership may display an official ACN Member badge on their websites when provided or authorized by ACN. Membership status must be current, and the badge may not be modified or used to imply clinical accreditation or certification.

Approved Partners & Collaborators

Organizations collaborating with ACN may use the official logo in connection with approved partnerships, campaigns, or initiatives with prior written permission.

News & Media Organizations

Journalists and media outlets may use approved ACN logos to identify the organization in editorial coverage. The logo may not be presented in a way that suggests ACN endorses the publication, its content, or its advertisers.

Other Organizations & Websites

Organizations that are not current ACN members or authorized partners must obtain written permission before displaying the ACN logo on their websites, promotional materials, or other communications.

Logo Usage Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our brand:

• Use only official, unaltered ACN logo files.
• Do not change logo colors, proportions, typography, or design.
• Do not use the logo to imply ACN membership, endorsement, sponsorship, accreditation, or certification without authorization.
• Do not incorporate the ACN logo into another organization’s logo or branding.
• Do not use the logo in misleading, unauthorized commercial, or promotional materials.
• Do not continue displaying membership or partnership branding after the affiliation ends or permission is withdrawn.
• Downloading an ACN logo does not automatically grant permission for unrestricted use.
• ACN reserves the right to request the removal or correction of unauthorized or misleading logo usage.
